i think you do need a prescription in california. it’s my go-to. i get compliments on my lashes almost everyday.

For eyebrows, I’d suggest minoxidil. Works a treat for me who have naturally sparse lashes. It’s widely available and so much cheaper too!

Loved how good my lashes looked as I’ve got short blonde ones. I could tell a noticeable difference after a several weeks. No side affects here. I also like the individual applicators so no worries about eye infections.

I’m starting to sound like a commercial! LOL Anyway, it worked great for me. 🙂
