Yeah that makes sense, with the limited information they provided it seems like the packaging of the product was altered which could definitely have affected the SPF value when tested. Thanks so much for your time/response, I really appreciate it!!

I’m not sure what’s going on with those tests, the procedures used by the Norwegian Food Safety Authority aren’t given in much detail – apparently they sent the sunscreens to Australia to test, but from personal experience, it’s really hard to send aerosol cans to Australia (I’ve had 9/10 packages with them confiscated by customs). So I’m wondering how they got them through, or if they decanted the products for testing? There are very few complaints about people burning from Evy sunscreens, so I would take the Norwegian tests with a big grain of salt.

I was wondering about your thoughts on the Norwegian Food Safety Authority testing that resulted with Evy SPF 50 actually only had SPF 15? I have used Evy for years and LOVE it (and have never been sunburned when using it) but this makes me nervous/confused about the actual protection I am getting. Evy said they “degassed” it for the testing, so perhaps this is why the results were lower? Thanks so much for all your information/content!!

I saw on Evy Technology Instagram that they recommend to apply the sunscreen before creams. I was, terribly confused as I’m used to be told that the sunscreen is the last step of skincare routine in the morning. Could you please bring some explanation about that. Thank you in advance.

They’re made in Spain and I like them a lot, but they are not as popular/well known as the ones in the list.
