I wonder if the study was foofoo or fr but personally i get a pretty runny nose/irritation from most essential oils so i was a bit skeptical.

I’ve been looking for more updated data since 2014 is a long time with no additional research and 60 participations (for the 2014 study) is tiny

Can I ask if it’s the same for spearmit oil? the oil and tea bags.
Have seen people recommending for reducing facial hair – hirsutism?. They are mixing the spearmint oil in with a moisturiser and applying to their face after hair removal. They are also drinking spearmint tea for facial hair reduction.

Thanks
